Transformational leadership as a driver of service innovation activities

A number of studies have shown that transformational leadership positively influences organizational innovation. However, there is a lack of studies examining the linkage between innovation and transformational leadership in service companies. Therefore this study is aimed to investigate the impact of transformational leadership on service innovation especially service innovativeness. Furthermore, this effect was proposed to directly and indirectly improve organizational performance outcome.
