Title

Long-term potentials of rational energy use - the unkown possibilities reducing greenhouse gas emissions

Abstract
Many energy economists expect a further increase in energy demand of industrialized nations; various remedies have been suggested in order to avoid increases in global warming. It has been suggested that energy efficiency improvements of the order 30-40% are feasible, however the author argues that potentially, this could be 80%.
