Nanorobotik für die Mikro-Produktionstechnik

For the assembly of micro systems new solutions are necessary, because classical engineering often cannot reach the precision necessary for such tasks. To solve this problem a Nanorobotics series was developed by Klocke Nanotechnik that builds a bridge between nanotechnology and the classical mechanical engineering, in combination with micro adhesive bonding tools. The company Kiocke Nanotechnik and the Fraunhofer IFAM offer the stepwise configuration of complete systems to minimize investment risks.
