The development of customer orientated and competitive products by using the method Quality Function Deploment (QFD)

The success of new product depends beside the quality on the fulfilment of the customer's demands and the advantage against the competitors. The method Quality Function Deployment (QFD) supports systematically the development of customer orientated and competitive product. This paper describes briefly the steps of a QFD.
