The knowledge management dilemma of virtualisation

Based on the results of the here presented work the authors postulate the hypothesis, that it in order to achieve an appropriate meta-culture in Virtual Organisations favourable to KM, it is essential for co-operating companies to maintain a continuous relationship. The shorter and the more discontinuous a working relationship in co-operations is, the more intensive the work should be on company relationships outside these short-term projects, in order to compensate the missing time of interaction for favourable meta-culture creation.
