Title
Control Technique in Complex Logistic Systems
Abstract
The joint information systems are the tool which integrates all companies participating in one process. It supplies suppliers, logistic service companies, manufacturers and distributors with all information which are necessary for an efficient process design. The data are then processed individually in each company. In the years to come there will be a large development in the field of process-oriented, company-wide information systems. They will play an important role concerning competitiveness on the market. But the prerequisite for a company-wide cooperation is a trust between the companies. Because in such a joint-venture the companies are forced to give information which today are considered as sensitive. To achieve this goal it is at first necessary to build a trust which can only grow during a long-term cooperation.
