If work is reduced to work with computers, stress is the result. In the production area this stress often is connected with restrictions in using or making experiences. To avoid such restrictions, computer support should not replace the need for human experience. In addition, it has to be organized in a way, which serves not only production-functions but expicitely allows for making the experiences, the responsible staff needs to control the production.
