Abstract
This article provides a concrete example of the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the PCB design, which is currently being developed in the research project progressivKI. Therefore, first of all, the EMC development process and the tool interfaces are presented. This is followed by a short excursion in the topic of artificial intelligence with examples from the relevant literature. Next, a concrete example from the PCB design is presented, the manual approach explained and the parameter space for the training of the KI pre-submitted. The contribution is rounded off by the discussion of the results for a minimum or maximum GND Configuration.
