Identification of stakeholder-specific Systems Engineering competencies for industry

This paper presents a concept to identify Systems Engineering (SE) competencies for different stakeholder groups within the company. An overview of the current state of research and the challenges of implementing Systems Engineering in industry is given. The qualification of employees towards the topic of SE has a very decisive role for the company-wide stabilization of SE. In order to gain the acceptance for SE among the employees, the individual needs must be addressed. Different competencies are required depending on the area of responsibility.
