Titel

1.55 mu m balanced mixer receiver OEIC with 15 GHz bandwidth

Abstract
A balanced mixer receiver OEIC based on InP is presented, which comprises a 3 dB coupler and a pair of photodiodes with integrated biasing network. The receiver reveals a cut-off frequency of 15 GHz and a common-mode rejection ratio of better than -25 dB.
