Title

A micro-pin photodiode-antenna transmitter module for sub-THz applications

Abstract
A Sub-THz transmitter module based on a silicon lens for focusing RF radiation and a micro-pin-photodiode chip monolithically integrated with an circularly toothed logarithmic periodic antenna is presented. The radiated power of the module is up to -13.5 dBm and exhibits a power radiation of 1 microW at 200 GHz and higher.
