First it's essential to take an integrated view on all production processes. By improving the characteristics of the applied coolants (corrosion resistance etc.) and reducing carried-over substances (drain off, centrifuge) it will be possible to save cleaning processes. Secondly: maintenance of bathes instead of wast disposal.
