Von der Wettbewerbsstrategie zur Umsetzung

Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit durch klare Definition der Unternehmensstrategie und Top Down Ableitung von Teilzielen sowie deren Leistungskennzahlen (PPM Process Performance Measures) für Unternehmensbereiche und Abteilungen zur Bottom Up Messung der Umsetzungserfolge. Die Projektorganisation wird nach den Unternehmenszielen und den entsprechenden Teilzielen strukturiert und durch die Methode Hoshin das Projektcontrolling übernommen. Zur Umsetzung der Wettbewerbsstrategie wurde im Rahmen der Projektarbeit unter anderen die Methodik Wertstromdesign zur Durchlaufzeitreduktion und Produktivitätssteigerung am Engpass eingesetzt.

Increasing competitiveness by defining the company strategy and deriving partial goals and process performance measures (PPM) by means of top down system for divisions and departments of companies for bottom up measuring of implementation successes. Project organisation is structured on the basis of company goals and the corresponding partial goals, and the Hoshin method is used for project controlling. Within the work of the project, inter alia the method value stream mapping was used for reducing lead time and increasing productivity at the bottleneck in order to implement the company strategy.
