Title

Polarization independent Mach-Zehnder Interferometer on III-V-semiconductors

Abstract
A new design concept for a rib waveguide based polarization independent Mach-Zehnder interferometer is presented, and a device in the GaInAsP/InP material system is simulated combining a two-dimensional finite difference calculation with a coupled mode formalism.
