Das logistische Leitbild

Der Beitrag untersucht die Einflussgrößen für eine auf die Unternehmensrandbedingungen abgestimmte Auftragsmanagement-Konfiguration. Hierbei stehen die Aspekte logistische Produktionsstrategie (Ausprägungen: Standardisieren, Segmentieren, Individualisieren), das gewählte logistische Leitbild (Ausprägungen: flussorientierte und turbulenzorientierte Strategie) sowie daraus abgeleitete qualitative und quantitative Gestaltungsempfehlungen im Vordergrund.

Abstract The paper analyses the parameters of order management configuration compliant to the ancillary conditions of companies. Therefore the aspect logistic production strategy (Standardisation, Segmentation, Individualisation) as well as the chosen logistical guideline (flow-oriented and turbulence-oriented strategy) are set to the fore. Based on these findings quantitative and qualitative design rules are described.
