The World Wide Web is an information system which supplies informatiopn around the world (hypertextes) in broad range of subjects. These information can be, for instance, scientific reports, publications, discussions, results, software, offers and so on. In order to facilitate finding ceramics, the IKTS established a special WWW page "Technical Ceramics" http://www.ikts.fhg.de/ceramics.html as part of the WWW Virtual Library (CERN Genf, WWW Consortium). The homepage "Technical Ceramics" contains all WWW ressources in the field of technical ceramics.
