Title

Endothelial cells are a major source of gastric mucosal PGE2-synthesis in Guinea pigs

Abstract
Endothelial cells are the major source of gastric PGE2. Cultured endothelial cells are a powerful new means for studying the regulation of gastric PGE2-synthesis and its susceptibility towards NSAIDs.
