Abstract
For an assessment of the ozone forming potential of biogenic hydrocarbons a method of determine ozone reactivities is developed. Several reference compounds are employed simultaneously, using this new method of evaluation. The measurements indicate a formation of OH radicals by 03 degradation of hydrocarbons even in the absence of light. The impact of this process on the night-chemistry should be checked.
