Communication platform for mobile learning applications

In this paper we will describe a mobile communication platform that supports the convergence of mobile communication technologies such as text messaging (e.g. SMS and IM), MMS, voice and video-streaming to enable better user, device and context adaptive presentation of course material on mobile phones. We will present the architecture, and the benefits of our communication platform for mobile learning applications.
