Propagation measurement of beam fluctuations

Abstract
A propagation measurement of the positional and angular stabilities of ISO/DIS 1 1 670 is suggested and demonstrated experimentally. Additional capabilities of propagation measurement of beam fluctuations are shown by determination of fluctuations of the beam radius parameters of ISO/DIS 1 1 146.
