Computerlaminographie

A computed laminography system with a simple scan procedure has been developed for inspection of large or flat objects using X-rays. By this nwe laminographic method only a linear translation of the obfect is necessary. Both the X-ray source and the detector remain stationary. From digital projections object cross-sections are reconstructed by using well-known algorithms. Examples show that cross-sections wiht good resolution are obtained due to reconstruction technique.
