Infrared flame detectors based on MCM technology

By order of MINIMAX GmbH, Bad Oldesloe, a flame detector for fire detection systems was realized as a multi chip sensor module (MCSM). The industrial field of application demands, a very tough and reliable packaging together with high sensitivity, noise immunity and low power consumption. MCM-technology is covering these requirements and combines them with cost reduction on system level in a compact set-up.
