Reconstruction of lost sampling values of bandpass speech signals

This paper notes that speech signals may be considered as bandpass signals. It states that "speech cells" can be lost in ATM signal transmission networks. Bandpass spectra are mathematically defined and a matrix analysis method is proposed, which requires matrix inversion to achieve data reconstruction. This can be reduced to a set of linear equations.
