Digitalisation - Supporting the Transformation Towards Efficient and Future Proof Heat Networks

District Heating is an essential technology for decarbonising the energy system. Digitalisation will help to bear the challenge arising from new system configurations, the shift of heat production to multiple renewable sources and required network expansions. To give answers to these questions the outcome from the international cooperation activity IEA DHC Annex TS4 is summarised here.
