Plasmaunterstützte- beziehungsweise ECD-Schichten sind zu einem unverzichtbaren Element leistungsfähiger und wirtschaftlicher Werkzeuge sowie Bauteile geworden. Durch die Kombination beider Verfahren können zusätzliche neue Anwendungsgebiete erschlossen werden. Vorgestellt werden unterschiedliche Schichtkombinationen und deren Einsatz in der Praxis. Plasma assisted, or ECD layers, have become an unrenouncable element of efficient and profitable tools and components. By combining both processes, new application areas can be developed in addition.
