Abstract
Organizational ambidexterity, the capability of a company to efficiently exploit existing processes and simultaneously explore innovative approaches, is crucial for long-term success in dynamic markets and technological transformation. Achieving this balance poses significant challenges for employee competence development and organizational learning. This paper introduces a methodological approach for systematically designing learning landscapes that embed both exploitative and explorative learning formats into daily work routines. The practical implementation of this approach is illustrated through a case study at AZO GmbH, demonstrating how tailored learning environments effectively foster ambidextrous competencies within organizations.
