The reorganization of the training of industrial safety experts in the Federal Republic of Germany
Abstract
There are many changes in the working world which effect occupational safety. Technical and organizational changes as well as a different attitude of the employees towards their work make great demands on occupational safety and the affected persons. The industrial safety experts must be trained appropriately in order to cope with the new demands in the companies. Therefore, a new training programme for industrial safety experts is being developed in Germany, which includes all new aspects of occupational safety.
