Fabrication of polarization holograms controlling amplitude and phase
Abstract
We demonstrate complex holograms that impart arbitrary amplitude and phase profiles onto a transmitted beam and thereby open new possibilities in the control of optical beams. An efficient means of generating vortex beams is shown.
