Wirtschaftliche Bewertung der Gestaltung erfahrungsgeleiteter Arbeit im CIM-Umfeld bei der Fa. Kodak AG, Stuttgart

A great company introduced teamwork as a new organizational concept for production. Teamwork should enable human centered and experience-based work for skilled workers. Aim of the paper is to show, whether and how efficient the new organization is for the company. Therefor targets of customers and of production are extensively analysed and discussed, using the method of pair-comparison for ranking the targets, and the organizational developments are described. The findings are: There are great improvements in flexibility, in time of delivery and trusty delivery, but there is still weakness in quality and price, which will be improved by further developments.
