Title

Design and characterization of nanostructured ultra-hydrophobic coatings

Abstract
Films with specific nanoroughness were designed by "virtual coating" to yield ultra-hydrophobicity while the light scatter remained below an application-relevant threshold. Examples of coating experiments demonstrate the realization of predicted properties.
