Konzept der klebtechnischen Ausbildung im Deutschen Verband für Schweißtechnik
Abstract
The development in the adhesive bonding technology is ongoing. Until now there is a lack between technology development and realisation in the enterprises. The qualification of the personnell is necessary. Due to this background in the Deutscher Verband für Schweißtechnik a qualification concept was developed and worked out. This concept includes the training and education of adhesive bonding practicians, adhesive bonding technologists and adhesive bonding engineer. Practicians an technologists can be trained. The engineer qualification is in development. All activities have the aim to open new markets in a qualified manner for an innovative technology.
