Titel

Energetic evaluation of partly or fully automated assembly processes with regard to ergonomics

Alternative
Energetische Evaluierung von teil- und vollautomatischen Montageprozessen unter dem Aspekt der Ergonomie
Abstract
Energy efficiency in assembly needs to consider not only single machines but complete assembly lines to achieve significant drop in energy consumption. This can be realized by optimizing the layout of an assembly line in such way, that each system mainly operates in its workspace regions with less energy requirements. Since many assembly lines have both automated and human-machine-cooperation additionally ergonomics of human needs to be taken into considerations, too. A method, which considers both aspects, will be introduced.
