Quality assessment of precision optical surfaces through light scattering techniques
Abstract
Light scattering methods are extremely capable for the characterization of optical surfaces. This will be demonstrated for different applications ranging from anisotropic diamond-turned surfaces to polished surfaces exhibiting defects.
