Yet another simple internet electronic payment system

The potential service providers, customers, as well as financial institutions are constructing geographically the largest global business net in the business history over the Internet. The payment mechanism needied for this new business medium is a very important issue. This paper presents a simple debit-based electronic payment protocol QIPP (Qudro-way Internet Payment Protocal) and its implementation in an electronic commerce system on the World Wide Web. The aim of the QUPP is to provide sufficient security means and least changes to conventional business transaction and payment model for all participants involved in the global electronic commerce.
