Title

Electromagnetic wave propagation in the millimeter wave band using the NVIDIA OptiX GPU ray tracing engine

Abstract
In this paper we present the implementation of a polarimetric 3D electromagnetical wave propagation simulator utilizing the NVIDIA® OptiXTM ray tracing engine. In order to get a reference for the performance of our simulator we analyze a conference room scenario which has been used for 60 GHz indoor channel analysis before by comparing measured and simulated channels of a different raytracer, called Paray.
