Automatische Erkennung von Fehlern in Texturen mit regelmäßiger Struktur

Texture as characteristic image feature is used in different application fields for description and analysis of images. In many applications the essential aim of texture analysis is to seize certain characteristics of texture respectively of the deviation of the given features. In the following a method is presented for discovering of mistakes in textures with a regular structure. The efficiency of the proceeding is explained in industrial tasks.
