Prüfverfahren zur Beurteilung der Formaldehydabgabe von Holzwerkstoffen

For analysis of formaldehyde emissions from wood-based materials different methods were developed. Some methods are suitable for the determination of the formaldehyde release of coated and uncoated products. Other methods allow the specific determination of the formaldehyde content of uncoated wood-based panels. With the support of these methods the evaluation of the emission potential of products like furniture is possible.
