Zuverlässiger Auftrag von hochviskosem Leitkleber

Das Kleben als Verbindungstechnik gewinnt in der mikrotechnischen Produktion immer mehr an Bedeutung. Erforderlich sind Systeme, die besonders unter industriellen Einsatzbedingungen kleinste Mengen zuverlässig dosieren. Durch die Integration von Sensorik in das Dosiersystem und weitere konstruktive Maßnahmen können störende Einflüsse auf den Dispensprozess minimiert oder kompensiert werden. Am Fraunhofer-Institut für Produktionstechnik und Automatisierung (IPA) wurde ein derartiges System entwickelt und als Prototyp realisiert.

The use of bonding as a joining technique is gaining more and more importance in micro manufacturing. There is a demand for systems which are capable of reliably dispensing tiny amounts of adhesive, especially under industrial conditions. By integrating sensors into the dispensing system and taking other constructive measures, disturbing influences affecting the dispensing process can be minimized or compensated for. Such a system has been developed and realized as a prototype at the Fraunhofer IPA.
