Thin Multi-Aperture Microscope

Abstract
The design and the set-up of a thin multi-aperture microscope is introduced. It utilizes an array of identical micro-optical channels, each magnifying a limited field of view onto a CMOS camera as detector array. The very compact system can capture a large field of view by microscopic lateral scanning.
