SPEARMINT TM 6. User Manual

SPEARMINT TM is a process modeling tool that supports the efficient capture, and documentation, as well as the maintenance and analysis of the resulting software process models. It supports graphical representations of process models, contains tailorable concepts for the definition and maintenance of role-oriented and personalized views, and provides interactive, direct-manipulative and hypermedia-integrated user interfaces. SPEARMINT TM integrates closely with a generator that can generate web-based handbooks as well as page-based handbooks of the process. This user manual explains how to use the SPEARMINT TM tool to create software process models and generate Electronic Process Guides (EPGs). Additionally, it sketches the underlying concepts.
