Vertrauen messen und fördern

In this article the possibilities of designing trust in innovation cooperation are discussed and a trust management system with a selection of specific trust influencing tools and methods is presented. The focus is on the measurement and facilitation of trust in the organizational context, whereas the content and effects of the diagnostic and interventional tools as well as the possibilities for intra- and interorganizational innovation cooperation are presented. Finally, the specificity and range of the instruments are addressed in terms of their generalizability and the opportunities and limits of organizational trust designing are discussed.
