Title

Performance of InP-based 90° -hybrids QPSK receivers within C-Band

Abstract
A monolithically integrated InP 90° hybrid integrated with waveguide photodiodes is presented. Performance parameters like CMRR between 1530 nm and 1565 nm, and the centre wavelength are investigated depending on MMI design and manufacturing accuracies.
