Doppelpuls-Interferometrie mit Lichtwellenleitern

Double-exposure-interferometry allows to measure contact-free vibrations and deformations of the whole surface of mechanical structures. The construction of the test equipment becomes considerably more user- friendly if the laser light is carried flexibly to the measuring object using fiber optics instead of mirror systems. Modification of a ruby laser increases the energy transmittable through fibers and leads to an improved interferometer.
