Title

Numerical Modeling of Micromagnetic Methods in 3MA Linear and Non-Linear Eddy Current Methods

Abstract
The paper deals about the simulation of linear and non-linear eddy current (EC) techniques in the commercial 3MA NDT systems. Robust numerical computations is established to investigate the properties of bilayer specimens. In linear and non-linear EC, the quasi-static magnetic behaviour is described via the Jiles-Atherton hysteresis model. The magnetic dynamic phenomena is taken onto account by Berttoti formula. Based on electromagnetic mesomacroscopic behavior, the experimental signals are accurately reproduced. The analytical model will be assessed in case of linear and non-linear case by comparison to experimental signals.
