Fabrikstruktur und Logistik integriert planen

Die derzeitigen kommerziellen Werkzeuge der Digitalen Fabrik sind nicht auf mittelständische Strukturen zugeschnitten. Der vorgestellte Ansatz erweitert eine kommerzielle Software: Durch ein teambasiertes Userinterface können Nicht-Fabrikplaner in den Planungsprozess einbezogen werden. Aufgrund der Integration einer auch von Nicht-Simulationsexperten anwendbaren Fabriksimulation lassen sich nun auch komplexe werkstattähnliche Strukturen - die im Mittelstand häufig vorliegen - effizient planen.

Currently available commercial tools of the Digital Factory are unsuitable for medium-sized business structures. The presented approach therefore extends a commercial software tool of the Digital Factory: A team-based user interface allows to include generalists into the planning process. With the help of factory simulation that can be used by non-simulation experts as well, it is now possible to efficiently plan complex structures, especially in job-shop manufacturing, that are frequently found in medium-sized businesses.
