Abstract
Die Herstellung kundeninnovierter Produkte erfordert einen Paradigmenwechsel bei bekannten Verfahren der Produktionsplanung- und -steuerung (PPS). Im Fachbeitrag wird ausgehend von der Einordnung kundeninnovierter Produkte eine Vorgehensweise zur Kostenkalkulation und zur Termin- und Kapazitätsplanung sowie deren prototypische Umsetzung vorgestellt.

The production of customer-innovated products requires a change of paradigm in production planning and control (PPC). This paper provides an insight into PPC requirements for customer-innovated products as well as methods for cost calculation and time and capacity planning., supported by a prototypical implementation.
