OLED-microdisplay with embedded eye-tracking camera
Abstract
This paper describes the integration of highly-efficient, low-voltage organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) in a display matrix with embedded CMOS photodiodes on a single substrate. This combines display and camera functionality (OLESCam) in a bi-directional OLED-microdisplay, mainly targeted to provide eye-tracking capability.
