Titel

The impact of nanosized carbon for TCF applications

Abstract
ITO shortage is one of the major challenges for applications in the field of electronics and renewable energy. As a result, researchers all over the world try to replace ITO by nano carbons, such as CNT or Graphene, conductive polymers or nano metal wires. However, none of those alternatives could beat ITO in its optoelectronic properties. A critical analysis of those substitution materials comes to the point that a ITO replacement is probably not a good approach. To complement ITO, it is. Fraunhofer IPA will show the result in the field of TCF using CNT inks and CVD Graphene and discuss potential applications.
