Abstract
Today the 3D-facility planning is a tool for development of facility concepts and for the investigation of tool constructions. The inclusion of physical effects in the model is necessary for the use of the simulation tool for product verification before the beginning of the tool designing and for the running-up of the facility. Machine models with various modelling depth and orientation are available. The reference models, developed within the scope of the machine development, can be combined to overall models. Gathered experiences show the solubility on principle of these problems.
