Ein Substratstapel umfasst ein erstes Substrat, ein zweites Substrat, das gegenueber dem ersten Substrat angeordnet ist, einen Rahmen, der das erste Substrat und das zweite Substrat miteinander verbindet, und ein Kernelement, das ebenfalls das erste Substrat und das zweite Substrat miteinander verbindet und innerhalb des Rahmens angeordnet ist, wobei der Rahmen ein geschlossener Rahmen ist oder eine oder mehrere Oeffnungen aufweist, wobei der eine oder mehreren Oeffnungen weniger als die Haelfte eines Umfangs des Rahmens einnehmen.
